摘要
单因素实验确定了纤维素酶,果胶酶,木瓜蛋白酶提取香菇多糖最适工艺条件,在此基础上进行了正交实验,结果表明多酶提取的最佳工艺条件是:纤维素酶0.5%,木瓜蛋白酶2.0%,果胶酶1.0%,温度50℃,pH=4.0。
This paper researchs optimum conditions of lentinusedodes polysaccharide extraction.carring out single expriment decided optimum conditions of extracting lentinusedodes polysaccharide by celluse, papain, pectdytic enzyme. Based on these, orthogonal exprinent were carryed out and show that the optimum conditions are reaction time and temperature:80 min and 50℃,pH=4.0,celluse 0.5%,papain2.0%,pectdytic enzyme1.0%.
