本文系统地介绍了β-葡萄糖苷酶(EC3.2.1.21)在细胞内的分布、理化性质、催化反应机制、生物学功能和应用技术。并展望了其应用前景。
This paper comprehensively introduces the distribution in cell, the physical and chemical properties, the catalytic mechanism, the biological funations, and the applied technology of β-glucosidase, and looks the prospect of applying this enzyme ahead.
