摘要
本文探讨了无糖片糖各因素的影响及最佳工艺参数。结果表明:决定无糖片糖硬度的主要因素为糖醇的粒度与压片机的压力,颗粒目数和压力大小均与硬度成正比且影响显著,其次为物料混合时间长短和润滑剂添加量,而抗粘剂的添加量对产品硬度影响不显著。
Various factors that influenced hardness of sugar-free tablet and technical parameter of processing were studied. The results show: The important factors influenced hardness of sugar-free tablet are granularity of sugar substitute and pressure of compactor, other factors are mixing time of the mass and lubricate agent dosage, but anticaking agent shows little effect.
