摘要
由丙烯酸及丙烯酸甲酯制得的低分子量化合物是一类性能优良的减水剂。它具有优异的调节混凝土坍落度的效果,而且减水效果也好,原料易得,合成条件简单,是一类有发展前途的减水剂。当丙烯酸与丙烯酸甲酯的摩尔比为3:1,分子量为4000左右,使用量为0.9%时,减水率可达22%以上,而坍落度最大可达24.5cm,且经时损失非常小,60分钟后的坍落度损失值仍小于5%.
The low molecular weight copolymer synthesized by acrylic acid and methyl acrylate are outstanding agents for regulating slumps and reducing water ,and conditions of synthesis are simple. Raw materials are obtained easily ,therefore, the water reducing has boundless prospects when molar ratio of acrylic acid and methyl acrylate、molecular weight of copolymers、quantity used are 3:1 and approximately 4 000 and 0.9% respectively, slump and quantity of reducing water can reach 24.5cm and 22%,the losses of lump are very small ofter 60 min, it is still less than 5%.
