摘要
采用贵州开阳磷矿,研究了硫酸分解磷矿时的反应温度、磷矿粒度、硫酸浓度、搅拌强度和反应时间等对磷矿分解率的影响。指出过程属于扩散控制,提出了酸解动力学模型为:1-(1-Y)1/3=kt1/5,并检验了模型的正确性。
The effects of reaction temperature, phosphate rock graininess, sulfuric acid concentration, agitation and reaction time on the decomposition rate of Kaiyang phosphate rock are studied by sulfuric acid decomposition. The study shows: the course is controlled by diffusion, the acidolysis dynamics model is offered, it is :1-(1-Y)1/3=kt1/5,and proved.
