摘要 对细丝CO_2弧焊的熔滴过渡及其电弧行为进行了实验研究,分析了弧焊过程的稳定性和分散性,得到了主要焊接规范弧压、电流对熔滴短路过渡频率影响的统计规律和二维稳定域,由此规律得到的给定电流的弧压初选推荐值,可用于建立短路过渡过程自寻优控制的初始状态。 Droplet transfer and its arc behavior in CO2 arc welding with small diameter wire were studied by experiments. Stability and scatter extent of the arc welding process were analyzed. Statistics laws and two-dimension stable region of the influence of arc voltage and current on the frequency of short-circuit droplet transition were obtained. Based on these,the primary elected arc voltage recommendation value corresponding to a given current can be ascertained,and a primary welding state of optimizing control of the droplet transfer can be set up. This method can be used to analyze and evaluate the stability and the scatter extent of the droplet short-circuit transfer,as well as good or bad of arc behavior of CO2 arc welding process relatively.
