摘要
油水分离器的结构性能是污水除油技术中的一个关键问题,长期以来受到研究者的高度重视。通过对污水除油技术的强化分析,设计采用斜通道波纹板填料作为内部分离组件的新型油水分离器,由于液流在组件内的流动形态提供了频繁的油滴之间碰撞聚结和油滴在波纹板上粘附聚结机会,通过对实验模拟装置的结构性能研究,该分离器具有较高的分离效率和较好的结构性能。
A new oil-water separator was developed with inclined corrugated plates as packing. The flow pattern in this configuration leads to more frequent collisions between droplets and catchment of droplets on the packing. By studying the structural performance of the simulator, high separation efficiency of the separator can be obtained.
