异丙醚萃取酚水溶液中酚的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用多釜串联间歇法在接近工业应用的条件下模拟逆流连续萃取操作,分别对合并进料和分段进料进行溶剂比和萃取塔理论平衡级数的考察。实验发现,异丙醚-苯酚复合溶剂对萃取对苯二酚有促进作用。分段进料可降低溶剂用量和减少理论平衡级数。 Experiments of extracting phenols from aqueous solution were carried out in a batch operation system to approach continuous counter current column process. The necessary equilibrium stages for desired separation and solvent feed ratio were determined under conditions of mixed feeding and sectional feeding. Experiment results showed that mixed solvent of isopropyl ether and phenol could promote the extraction of hydroquinone. Sectional feeding was more effec-tive and would decrease the feed solvent consumption.
