摘要
提出一个单级平衡分离过程模拟计算的简便算法,算法的核心是用从液相中蒸出与液相平衡组成一致的微分小量气体,不断交换等摩尔的气体,从而达到最终平衡。其优点是模型简单,容易理解,而且只要汽液两相交换的摩尔量足够小计算过程就一定会收敛。等摩尔交换法的中间计算结果可以反映不平衡的汽液两相之间的物质传递过程,在缺少动力学模型,或有些不必强调动力学实际机理的计算机仿真过程计算中有一定用途。
In this paper, a simple method of analog calculation of monopole equilibrium distillation is given. The key of this method is to continually exchange equimolar vapor with a differential quantity of liquid, whose components are equal to the vapor which is in equilibrium with the liquid phase. This method has a simple model easily to be understood, and the calculation process is convergent if the quantity of exchange mass were little enough. User can benefit from this method for its intermediate result may reflect the process of mass transfer between liquid and vapor phases. This method can be used in some computer emulation processes where dynamic models are lacked or the reality of dynamic model is not very critical.
