摘要
合成钯的三元配合物 [Pd(PIP)Cl2 ]·3H2 O ,其中PIP为 :苯基咪唑邻菲 口罗 啉 .通过荧光和紫外可见光谱测定该配合物与DNA及其组成小分子腺苷三磷酸盐 (ATP2 - )和腺嘌呤 (Ade)相互作用的变化规律 ,求出配合物与DNA分子的结合常数KM,并确认配合物主要以插入方式与DNA结合 .
Palladium(Ⅱ) ternary complex of [Pd(PIP)Cl 2]·3H 2O has been synthesized. PIP is phenylimidazo(f) 1,10 phenanthroline. Interaction between Palladium(Ⅱ) complex and DNA?ATP 2- ?Ade has been studied by Fluorimetry spectra and U V Spectra. The association constants of this complex and DNA was determined. The results show that the association reaction between complex and DNA is intercalation mode.
