导向充气喷动床流动行为研究——充气位置的影响

摘要 在直径 92mm的有机玻璃制的带导向管的充气喷动床中 ,以玻璃珠为实验物料 ,在不同的充气量、不同充气位置、导向管不同开孔率条件下 ,对充气喷动床的床层压降和颗粒在环形区的下移速度进行研究 .研究发现通过调节充气的位置或大小和导向管的开孔率 ,可以调节颗粒在环形区的停留时间 ,也可以使床层压降发生变化 .在其它条件不变的情况下 ,底部充气时 ,床层压降和颗粒下移速度均随充气量的增大而增大 ;改变位置充气时 ,床层压降和颗粒下移速度均随充气位置的升高而降低 ;在同一水平面上 ,充气位置分布越均匀 ,颗粒下移速度越接近其平均值 ,但对床层压降无明显影响 . In an aerated spouted bed with a draft tube made of polymethylmethacrylate with internal diameter 92 mm, the glass beads used as experimental material, under the different aerating velocity, aerating position, punching rate, the bed pressure drop and particles down moving rate in the annulus were studied. Results indicated that: particles' residence time and bed pressure drop in the annulus can be changed or regulated by adjusting aerating position, aerating velocity, and punching rate of draft tube. Bed pressure drop and particles' down moving rate increased with increased aerating velocity when aerating air introduced from bottom; bed pressure drop and particles' down moving rate decreased with increased aerating position when aerating air introduced from bed body: on the same level, more even the aerating hole distributed, more close to the average value the particles' down moving ratewas, but no effect on the bed pressure drop.
