建立不完全信息的双边拍卖Bayes博弈模型，以线性Bayes均衡验证一般的Bayes均衡，对结果作了较详细的分析。并初探了近似为非对称信息扰动的对称信息双边拍卖。

This paper sets up an incomplete information Bayes game model on double auction, and proves the general Bayes equilibrium with linear Bayes equilibrium, and analyses the result carefully. Then the symmetric information double auction that is closed to asymmetric information disturbance is studied carelessly.
