介绍了国内外粮食发酵制醋酸技术的研究进展 ,包括固定化细胞发酵技术、膜技术等。随着绿色化学和生物工程技术的发展 。
New processes for producing acetic acid by cereals fermentation are described,including immobilization cell fermentation technique,membrane technique and so on.With the development of green chemistry and biological engineering,the progress in producing acetic acid by cereals fermentation will arrest more and more attentions.
