Vacuum systems of different polyester plants are compared, the probability of its domestic production is discussed\. The vacuum systems of imported polyester technology have individual characteristics, but the design is based on the prerequisites for meeting the process demand such as preventing the autoclave from stopping up,prolonging the operation cycle,reducing the discharge capacity of waste water and gas.Domestic vacuum pump of 5p6 02/6 1type can meet the process demand of Kanebo 100 t/d final polymerization autoclave completely.
