A series of liquid epoxidized polybutadiene (LPB)with various epoxy value had been synthesized through epoxidation by peroxyformic acid in situ,peracetic acid in situ and mono peroxyphthalic acid(MPPA).The effective regularities of reaction time and temperature on epoxidation reaction were discussed and explained by ring opening probability and reaction extent of double Bond with.IR and NMR analyses and showed that the epoxidation reactivity of 1,4-double bond was higher than that of 1,2-double bond.
