同步十二导联常规心电图信号的非线性动力学特性分析

摘要 本文采用非线性动力学方法对同步十二导联常规心电信号 (Electrocardiogram :ECG)进行了研究 ,计算了每一导联心电图信号的关联维数D2 ,发现不论健康人还是冠心患者 (CHD) ,心电信号表现出强烈的混沌动力学特征 ,从不同导联得出的D2 值不同 ,同一导联相比较 ,除I、II、III导联外 ,冠心病患者的D2 显著低于正常人的D2 值 ,显示在心肌缺血的情况下 ,心脏ECG吸引子的复杂程度降低了。结果表明 ,D2 可以区别正常人与冠心患者 ,也可以为确定病变部位提供有价值的诊断信息。 Synchronous 12-lead ECG signals were analyzed by nonlinear dynamics. Correlation Dimensions (D 2) of 12-lead ECG signals were calculated. We found that ECG signals displayed strong chaotic dynamic characteristics no matter whether signals came from CHD patients or health persons. Correlation Dimensions were different for different leads. Compared with the same lead of health persons, CHD patients′ Correlation Dimensions were lower in statistics. It demonstrated that the complexity of heart ECG signal reduced under the conditions of cardiovascular ischemia or infarction. Results showed that D 2 could be used to identify CHD patients and health persons. It could prvcide valuable information for localizing the position of ischemia or infarction in heart.
