水平截骨术治疗32例颏后缩畸形矫治疗效分析

The analysis of 32 cases of chin reduction deformaties with horizonal osteotomy advancement genioptasy

目的 :分析水平截骨术治疗颏后缩畸形的临床效果。方法 :将 62例颏后缩畸形患者随机分为隆颏术 3 0例及水平截骨前徙术 3 2例 ,并对两组治疗结果进行追踪比较。结果 :3 0例隆颏术 :2例感染、排异 ,2例颏部过长外形改善不满意 ,2 1例自述植入物可随外力作用发生移位 ,皮肤有不同程度的反应异常。 3 2例水平截骨前徙术 :3例损伤颏神经出现局部麻木 ,其中 2例术后 6个月麻木感消失 ,1例唇部遗留一拇指大小的麻木区 ,2例自述术后打鼾现象有所改善。所有患者对颏部面形的改善均感满意。结论 :颏部水平截骨前徙术 ,可避免隆颏术的缺点 ,并可能对由颏后缩引起的鼾症有改善作用 ,且操作简单 ,疗效稳定 ,为一种经济、实用的整形手术 。
