运用环境经济学理论和方法 ,分析了 WTO中绿色贸易壁垒的主要表现形式及其形成原因和根据 ,讨论了它带给中国的机遇与挑战 ,提出了我国在“入世”
By using the theories and methods of environmental economics,this paper analyses the main manifestations,causes and foundations of green trade barriers in WTO .And this paper also discusses both chances and challenges the green trade barriers bring about to China,and points out that China should go on the way of sustainable development and adopt corresponding countermeasures and suggestions after WTO entry.
