以理论研究和个案分析相结合的方法 ,论述了科研院所与企业合作的各种模式 ,并针对上海市农业科学院院企合作的现状及存在的问题 ,提出对策措施 ,可作为院所改革与发展的决策参考。

By integrating theoretical researches with case study,various patterns of cooperation between research institutes and enterprises are discussed.Some countermeasures are put forward in view of the present situations and the existing problems of cooperations between Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences and enterprises,which can be available for decision and reference of the reform and development of research institutes.
