入世后的上海农产品批发市场发展研究

THE RESEARCH OF SHANGHAI FARM PRODUCTS WHOLESALE MARKET DEVELOPMENT AFTER CHINA JOINED WTO

“入世”对中国农产品批发市场将产生较大的冲击 ,中国的农产品批发市场正面临着生存与发展的抉择。而其目前规模小、分布散、效益低、市场功能残缺不全的问题将阻碍上海农产品批发市场在WTO框架下的持续发展。本项研究借鉴国外发达国家农产品批发市场建设的经验与教训 ,研究了上海农产品批发市场发展现状与问题 ;WTO框架下的上海农产品批发市场发展方向 ;建设现代化农产品批发市场的保障措施。结果认为 :压缩上海市中心批发市场的数量 ,积极发展产地市场 ,运用现代营销方式是上海农产品批发市场今后的发展方向 ;并提出了制定中长期发展规划、健全政策法规。

Entering WTO' will impact greatly the farm product wholesale market of China; the market has to face the choice -- survival and development. But at the same time, many problems just like 'little dimensions, relax distributing,low benefit,uncompleted market ability will baffle the sustained development of the market in WTO. This article use the experiences and lessons from developed countries for reference to research these questions: the actuality and problems of the farm product wholesale market of Shanghai; the aspect of the farm product wholesale market of Shanghai in WTO; the ensured measures of building the modern farm product wholesale market. We deem: the main aspect of the farm product wholesale market of Shanghai are: Compressing the amounts of Shanghai central wholesale market, developing the producing area market, using modern management way and so on. At the same time, we also point out many measures about building the farm product wholesale market of Shanghai--defining the plan of metaphase,helping the agriculture agency and making the rules perfect.
