摘要
60年代后,面对环境问题的日益恶化,以培养正确的环境价值观为目的的环境教育从无到有,并得到了迅速发展,成为国际教育中的一个重要领域。进入90年代后,随着人们对环境与发展关系问题的关注,环境教育理念出现了新的取向,即环境教育要面向可持续发展,全面培养受教育者的环境与发展的价值观,从而使未来公民以较高环境素质走向21世纪,为全球可持续发展战略的实施作出贡献。
In the late 1960s when the environment was worsening, arose the environmental education with developing a correct view on environment as its aim. Environmental education developed very quickly and became a very important field in the international education. In the 1990s, more attention was paid to the relation between environment and development and as a result, people had a new idea of the environmental education, that is, environmental education should turn its attention to the sustainable development and fully develop people's view on environment and development so that citizens with better environmental quality can make their contributions to the implementation of the sustainable development in the 21st century.
