双拖网渔船生产成本与经济效益初探

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON PRODUCTION COSTS AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF PAIR TRAWLERS IN NANTONG REGION

调查了江苏省南通地区 15艘双拖网渔船 1999～ 2 0 0 0年的作业实态 ,统计和分析了固定生产成本、各种可变生产成本的比率以及对捕捞生产经济效率的影响。结果表明 ,在不考虑人力资源成本 (机会成本 )的条件下 ,双拖网渔船中约有 2 0 %亏损 ,80 %盈利 ;在考虑人力资源成本的条件下 ,73%以上的双拖网渔船处于亏损经营状态 ;

The operating conditions of 15 pair trawlers in Nantong during 1999～2000 were investigated. The fixed and variable costs and their effects on the economic efficiency of the fishing were calculated and analysed. The results showed that (1) 20% of pair trawlers investigated suffered heavy losses and 80% of them were profitable if not counting the opportunity cost of human resource, and (2) more than 73% of the trawlers suffered losses when counting the opportunity cost of human resource. The effects of implicit cost and sunk cost on the operation of pair trawers were also discussed.
