摘要 目的 探讨CD44S、CD44V 6在子宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与临床期别、组织类型、病理分级、淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫杂交分光光度法 ,检测 81例子宫颈癌患者静脉全血中CD 44S、CD 44V 6的浓度。结果 CD 44S在子宫颈癌中的表达阳性率为 2 3.4% ( 19/ 81) ,CD 44V 6的表达阳性率为 75 .3% ( 6 1/ 81) (P <0 .0 1)。鳞癌、腺癌、腺鳞癌组织中CD44V 6的表达阳性率分别为 75 .3% ( 5 8/ 77)、10 0 .0 % ( 1)、10 0 .0 % ( 3/ 3)。原位癌、G 1级 (好 )、G2级 (中 )、G 3级 (差 )子宫颈癌组织中CD 44V 6的表达阳性率分别为 80 .0 %、10 0 .0 %、81.6 %、6 6 .7% (P >0 .0 5 )。有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移者CD 44V 6的表达阳性率分别为10 0 .0 %、70 .4% (P <0 .0 1)。结论 CD 44V 6可作为子宫颈癌早期筛查。 Objective To study the expression of CD44S,CD44V6 in human cervical carcinoma and the relationship between these expressions and clinical stage,histological type,pathologic grade and lymph node metastasis in human cervical carcinoma.Methods Blood samples from 81 cases of human cervical carcinoma were collected and detected by immunoenzymatic staining for CD44S,CD44V6 concentration.Results The positive expression rate of CD44 S and CD44 V6 in cervical carcinoma was 23.4% and 75.3% respectively(P>0.01).The positive CD44V6 expression rate of squamous-cell carcinoma.adenocarinoma and squamous-adenocarinoma was 75.3%.100.0%.and 100.0% respectively.According to pathologic grade,the positive CD44V6 expression rate of preinvasive carcinoma,0,G1,G2 and G3 was 80.0%,100.0%,81.6%and 66.7% respectively(P>0.05).The positive CD44 V6 expression rate of the case with lymph note metastasis and without lymph note metastasis was 100.0% and 70.4% respectively(P< 0.01).Conclusion CD44V6 may be used as one of clinical index for early screening,diagnosis and prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
