摘要
目的 :观察间歇负压通气时通气压力对实验犬的通气和血流动力学的影响。方法 :通过实验犬股静脉插入 Swan Ganz漂浮导管 ,比较不同负压水平时实验犬的潮气量和血流动力学的变化。结果 :间歇负压通气能够增加实验犬潮气量 ,但对血流动力学无影响。结论 :间歇负压通气是一种安全。
Objective:To observe the effects of intermittent negative pressure ventilation on ventilation and hemodynamics in dogs.Methods:A SwanGanz catheter was inserted through femoral vein.Tidal volume and hemodynamic parameters were measured on different degrees of negative pressure.Results:Negative pressure ventilation produced an increase in tidal volume and no influence on hemodynamic parameters.Conclusions:Intermittent negative pressure ventilation is a ventilatory mode which is safe,noninvasive and effective.
