我国县级医院眼科卫生资源及卫生服务利用效益评价

Evaluation of Ophthalmological Hygienic Resonrces and Utilized Efficancy of Healthy Service in the County-Ievel Hospitals of China

目的 :对全国 2 779家县级医院眼科 (含五官科、眼科 )的地区分布、人力资源结构、检查治疗项目开展情况、门诊业务量、设备拥有情况等进行综合分析 ,了解眼科卫生资源服务及利用情况。方法 :用描述性统计方法和以人口构成为参照的 Gini系数定量法 ,分析眼科各项资源分布情况及利用效率。结果 :我国眼科资源分布不均 ,城乡差别大。全国县级医院眼科卫生资源虽总体相对公平 ,但在地区内差异较大。结论 :优化卫生资源配置 。

Objective: To analysis the geographical distribution, the structure of human resource, the developing status of examining and treat items, the number of outpatients and the possession of facilities by investigating the ophthalmology department of 2779 prefectural hospital in China, to make out the status of services and utilization of the ophthalmic health resources Methods: Analysis the distribution and efficiency of utilization of all resources of ophthalmology by describing method of statistics and Gini Coefficient ration method which makes the population structure as retrospect Results: The ophthalmic health resources are distributed unevenness The difference of distinction between town and countryside is obvious The total amount of the ophthalmic health resources of our country's is relatively equitable at prefectural level hospitals , but a great deal of diversity exists inner the unvarying area Conclusion: To optimize the layont of the health resources, and to promote equity in utilizing the health resources
