支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血

The Massive Hemoptysis Treated by Bronchial Arterial Embolism

总结支气管动脉栓塞(BAE)治疗大咯血 84例,即时止血 78例,5例咯血明显减少,有效率 98.8％(83/84),1例止血无效。无严重并发症发生。认为(BAE)是目前治疗大咯血安全有效的治疗方法。

84 cases massive hemoptysis were treated by bronchial arterial embolism (BAE ) were summarized. Immediate and complete control of hemoptysis was achieved in 78 patients- marked reduce in bleeding was seen in 5 patients, and failure to stop bleeding in one patient. We think that now BAE is an effective and safe procedure for controlling massive hemoptysis.
