Chromosomal analysis of 85 cases of Klinefelter's syndrome in Zhanjiang area

对湛江地区 85例Klinefelter综合征进行了染色体分析 ,典型Klinefelter综合征占 78% ;嵌合型占 14% ;伴有其它染色体异常者占 4% ;超X型占 4%。讨论了本地区Klinefelter综合征的细胞遗传学病因及其各种类型染色体异常核型与表型的关系。

Chromosomes were analysed in 85 cases of Klinefelter's syndrome in Zhangjiang area.It was found that typical Klinefelter's syndrome accounted for 78%,mosaic 14%,other chromosome abnormalities 4% and X overfulfilment 4%.The cytogenetic principles of Klinefelter's syndrome and the relationship between karyotype and phenotype of different kinds of chromosome abnormalities were discussed.
