摘要
目的 :研究自然流产患者外周血与蜕膜组织自然杀伤细胞亚群数量的变化。方法 :对 36例自然流产患者及 30例正常健康早孕者 (对照 )外周血及蜕膜组织中淋巴细胞进行单克隆抗体标记 ,应用流式细胞仪定性、定量分析技术对NK细胞 (naturalkiller)亚群进行分析。结果 :①流产组外周血及蜕膜组织NK细胞CD5 6 +CD16 +百分比较对照组明显升高。 (P <0 .0 1) ,而蜕膜组织中NK细胞CD5 6 +CD16 -百分比明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。②外周血与蜕膜组织NK细胞CD5 6 +CD16+亚群存在相关性 (γ =0 .5 16 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :NK细胞亚群的数量变化可以引起蜕膜免疫微环境的失调 ,导致自然流产。外周血与蜕膜NK细胞CD5 6 +CD16
Objective:To investigate changes of NK cells substets in peripheral blood and decidua in cases of first-trimester spontaneous abortion.Methods:the number of nature kill(NK) cells in decidua and peripheral blood were determined in 36 cases of spontaneous abortion and 30 normal early pregnancy women respectively by flow cytometric analysis.Results:1.The number of CD56+CD16+ subset of NK cells in the peripheral and the decidua were higher in cases of the SPAB group than that in NP group's.but the number of CD56+CD16-subsets in the decidua were lower.(P<0.01).3.The CD56+CD16+ subsets of NK cells in the peripheral blood positively correlated with that of the deciduas(γ=0.516,P<0.01).Conclusion:The change of NK cells subsets can induce imbalance of deciduas environment,It is associated with immunological mechanism of spontaneous abortion.
