摘要 【目的】 研究饮食锌缺乏对生长期大鼠胸腺、脾脏淋巴细胞的影响及其与细胞凋亡的关系。 【方法】 建立生长期缺锌大鼠模型 ,对免疫器官胸腺、脾脏进行大体观察 ,并用原位末端标记 (TUNEL)方法 ,利用图像分析系统对胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞的凋亡进行定性和半定量研究。 【结果】 缺锌组大鼠胸腺皮质萎缩 ,脾脏白髓数量、体积减少 ,淋巴细胞减少。其胸腺、脾脏中凋亡细胞明显多于对照组和配饲组 ,并定量分析显示凋亡细胞阳性率和强阳性率明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。 【结论】 饮食锌缺乏使生长期大鼠胸腺、脾脏萎缩 ,淋巴细胞凋亡增多 ,是锌缺乏导致机体免疫力低下的机制之一。 To observe the effectof dietary zinc deficiency on thymocytes and spleen lymphocytes,and its relationship to apoptosis in growing rats. After developing a zinc deficient rat model,using TUNEL(terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick endlabeling) method,the apoptosis of thymocytes and spleen lymphocytes was checked. The cortex ofthymus and white pulp of spleen were appeared atrophy in zinc deficient group.The percentage of apoptosis in the thymus and white pulp of spleen were higer inzinc deficient group than in control group and paired fed group( P <0.01). [Conclusion] Dietary zinc deficiency leads to increasedapoptosis of lymphocytes,which may be one of the important mechanisms of decreased immune function.
