目的 研究nm2 3基因产物与贲门癌临床病理间的关系。方法 应用S -P免疫组化法 ,检测 47例贲门癌中nm 2 3基因产物二磷酸核苷激酶 (NDPK)的表达情况。结果 在贲门癌中nm 2 3有较高表达 ,总阳性率 74.5 % ( 35 /47) ,低或未分化贲门癌中阳性率 88.9% ( 16 /18) ,中或高分化中阳性率 6 5 .5 % ( 19/2 9)。nm 2 3的表达率与贲门癌的分化程度差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;本组病例中淋巴结转移率 5 1.1% ( 2 4/47) ,其中nm2 3阳性表达率为 75 .0 % ( 18/2 4) ,无淋巴结转移者nm2 3阳性表达率为 73.9% ( 17/2 3) ,nm 2 3的表达与淋巴结转移差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 nm 2 3阳性表达与贲门癌分化程度和淋巴结转移均无相关性。nm2 3作为贲门癌一个有临床病理意义的标记物还需要进一步研究。

Objective To detect the expression of nucleoside diphosphate kinase(NDPK),a product of metastasis suppressor gene nm23,in 47 cases of cardiac carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used.Results The total positive rate of nm23 protein expression was 74.5%(35/47).The nm23 protein expression was 88.9%(16/18) in high or moderate differentiated cancer and 65.5%(19/29) in the lower differentiated cancer (P>0.05);The rates of lymphatic metastasis was 51.1%(24/47).The positive rates of nm23 protein expression were 75%(18/24)in cancers with lymphatic meatstasis and 73.9%(17/23)in cases without lymphatic metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The nm23 protein expression is not related to the histological grade of the tumor cell of the cardiac and the metastasis of the cardiac cancer.Whether nm23 serves as a valuable clinic pathologic marker or not in carcinoma of the cardiac needs further studying.
