唾液酸化Lewis X和p53在大肠癌中的表达及其与浸润转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究唾液酸化LewisX和 p5 3在大肠癌中的表达及其与肿瘤发生发展、浸润转移及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化微波 LSAB法检测 90例大肠癌中唾液酸化LewisX和 p5 3蛋白的表达状况。 结果 大肠癌组织中唾液酸化LewisX和p5 3表达阳性率分别为 92 .2 %和 5 7.8% ,唾液酸化LewisX与大肠癌的浸润和转移有关。结论 在大肠癌的发展及浸润、转移过程中唾液酸化LewisX和 p5 3表达具有相关性。对两者联合检测更有助于判断大肠癌发生、分化、浸润、转移和预后。 Objective To investigate the level of sialyl Lewis X and p53 expression in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with carcinogenesis,differentiation,metastasis and prognosis.Methods Sialyl Lewis X and p53 protein expression was detected with mircrowave LSAB immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rates of sialyl Lewis X and p53 was 92.2% and 57.8% respectively.There was no statistically correlation between the positive sialyl Lewis X and histologic type.A significant positive correlation was found between sialyl Lewis X and p53 expression.There was significantly association between the positivity of sialyl Lewis X,p53 and invasion,metastasis.Conclusion Correlations existing between sialyl Lewis X and p53 indicate that combined examination of the expression of sialyl Lewis X and p53 in colorectal carcinomas could be used for estimating the carcinogenesis ,differentiation,infiltration,metastasis and prognosis.
