CyclinD_1在大肠良、恶性肿瘤中的表达及与大肠癌生物学特性关系的研究

The expression of CyclinD_1 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance

目的 研究CyclinD1在大肠良、恶性肿瘤中的表达 ,探讨其在大肠癌发病中的作用机制及与大肠癌生物学特性的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学SABC法进行研究。结果 CyclinD1在大肠癌中的过表达率显著高于大肠腺瘤 ,而正常大肠粘膜中未见CyclinD1过表达 ,CyclinD1过表达与肿瘤部位、组织学类型、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移均无相关性 ,只与组织浸润深度呈显著正相关。结论 CyclinD1过表达在大肠癌形成过程中起重要促进作用 ,且CyclinD1过表达可作为大肠癌预后不良的指标之一。

Objective To study the expression of CyclinD 1 in colorectal carcinoma and adenoma,and to explore the mechanism of CyclinD 1 in the pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods 56 colorectal cancers,29 colorectal adenomas and 56 corresponding cancer adjacent normal tissues were explored by immunohistochemistry for the expression of CyclinD 1.Results The overexpression of CyclinD 1 in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of colorectal adenoma and normal tissue,P<0.01.The result also showed that there was no statistically significant association between CyclinD 1 overexpression and tumor location,histological type,lymph node metastasis,however,CyclinD 1 overexpression was only significantly associated with depth of invasion.Conclusion The overexpression of CyclinD 1 may have a significant correlation with the tumorigenesis of colorectal cancer,and the overexpression of CyclinD 1 may be used as a prognsosis marker of colorectal cancer.
