摘要
目的 研究ICAM 1、LFA 1在正常胃粘膜中及胃癌中的表达 ,并评价其表达与胃癌TNM分期的关系。方法 正常胃粘膜组织 2 0例 ,胃癌组织 40例 ,石蜡标本SABC免疫组化染色后 ,结果进行半定量分析。结果 正常胃粘膜组织中各抗体的表达率 :ICAM 1为 90 % ( 18/2 0 )、LFA 1为 15 % ( 3/2 0 )、CD45RA为 80 % ( 16 /2 0 )、CD45RO为 70 %( 14 /2 0 ) ,胃癌组中ICAM 1、CD45RO的表达率及阳性积分均低于正常胃粘膜组。LFA 1的阳性积分低于正常胃粘膜组。ICAM 1的表达率在不同TNM分期中比较 :T1+T2期较T3期为高 ,NO期较N 1+N2期为高 ,M 0期较M 1期为高。结论 胃癌中ICAM 1、LFA 1、CD45RO表达下降 ,且ICAM 1随分级增高而有下降趋势 ,这可能导致机体对肿瘤细胞免疫监视作用下降 ,有利于肿瘤的侵袭与转移。
Objective To study the expressions of ICAM 1?LFA 1 in benign gastric mucosa and gastric carcinoma and to evaluate the association between expressions and the TNM stage of the gastric carcinoma.Methods Twenty cases of benign gastric mucosa and forty cases of gastric carcinoma were investigated with Streptoavidin biotin enzyme complex(SABC) immunohistochemistry.Results In benign gastric mucosa the frequencies of each antibody were ICAM 1 90%?LFA 1 15%? CD45RA80%?CD45RO70% respectively.The frequencies of ICAM 1 and CD45RO expressions in gastric carcinoma and their scores were decreased as compared with those in benign gastric mucosa.The positive scores of LFA 1 in gastric carcinoma were lower than those in benign gastric mucosa.Comparing T1+T2 stage with T3 stage,N0 stage with N1+N2 stage and M0 stage with M1 stage,we found that the frequencies of ICAM 1 in the former group were higher than those in the latter.Conclusion The expressions of ICAM 1 LFA 1 and CD45RO in gastric carcinoma are decreased.While the TNM stage increases,the frequencies of ICAM 1 are decreased.Those changes might lower the immune surveillance of the host to the tumor cells,and might be favorable for the invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
