摘要
目的 探讨大肠同时多原发癌的临床特点及诊断治疗。方法 回顾性分析 1990～ 1997年收治的 9例同时多原发大肠癌。结果 本组病例占同期收治大肠癌 2 .9% ( 9/315 )。病灶分布以左半结肠癌为主占 6 5 %。腺瘤合并率 6 6 %。结论 应提高对同时多原发大肠癌的认识 ,避免漏诊。
Objective To clarify the clinical features of synchronous multiple primary colorectal carcinoma.Methods The materials of 9 patients from 1990 to 1997 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The incidence of synchronous carcinoma was 2.9%(9/316).The locus was mostly scattered in left colon in about 65%.66% cases complicated with adenoma.Conclusion We should emphasize the cognition of this disease so as to avoid missed diagnosis.
