摘要
目的 :探讨hMSH2基因在人宫颈腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 过氧化物酶连接法检测 36例宫颈腺癌组织中错配修复基因hMSH2蛋白的表达。结果 :36例宫颈腺癌组织中 10例hMSH2呈阴性 (2 8% ) ,2 6例为阳性表达 (72 % ) ,且与肿瘤分化程度相关 ,分化程度越低阳性率越低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,hMSH2的表达与肿瘤组织学类型和FIGO分期未见明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :hMSH2基因与宫颈腺癌的发生。
Objective:To study the significance of hMSH2 expression in adenocarcinoma of cervix.Method:Both carcinoma tissues and their surrounding tissues from 36 patients with adenocarcinoma of cervix were studied for the expression of hMSH2 by immunohistochemical staining.Results: Twenty six of 36 carcinomas were hMSH2 positive and the rest 10 were negative.The expression of hMSH2 was negatively correlated with differentiation grades(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of hMSH2 in carcinomas with different pathologic types or FIGO stage (P>0.05). Conclusions:The abnormal expression of hMSH2 might be involved in the carcinogenesis process and differentiation of adenocarcinoma of cervix.The loss of hMSH2 expression might be a signal of malignancy.
