疏利清降汤治疗胆汁返流性胃炎68例

Treatment of Bile-regurgitational Gastritis with Shuliqingjiang Decoction(疏利清降汤),a Report of 68 Cases

采用疏利清降汤治疗胆汁返流性胃炎 68例 ,并设单纯西药治疗 3 6例为对照组。结果 :治疗组治愈 3 1例 ,好转 3 5例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 97.1% ;对照组治愈 11例 ,好转 17例 ,无效 8例 ,总有效率为 77.8%。两组比较有显著差异 ( Uc=14 .2 94 5 ,P<0 .0 1)

cases of bile regurgitational gastritis were treated with Shuliqingjiang Decoction,and 36 cases treated with WM were set up as the control group.Result:In the treated group,31 cases were cured,35 turned better,2 had no effect.The total effective rate was 97.1%.While in the control group,11 cases were cured,17 turned better,8 had no effect,the total effective rate was 77.8%.There had significant differences between the two groups(U c=14 2954,P<0.01).
