巴豆对豚鼠离体胆囊肌条收缩活动影响的实验研究

Experimental Research on the Effect of Fructus Crotonis(巴豆) on the Contraction of Extracorporeal Gallbladder Muscle Strip of Guinea Pigs

目的 :观察巴豆水煎剂对胆囊平滑肌运动的影响并探讨可能的作用机理。方法 :将肌条置于离体平滑肌灌注肌槽内 ,用生理记录仪记录肌条的收缩活动。结果 :( 1)巴豆剂量依赖性增高胆囊肌条张力 ,加快收缩频率 ,减小收缩波平均振幅。( 2 )苯海拉明、六烃季铵、消炎痛、酚妥拉明可部分阻断巴豆对胆囊肌条的作用。结论 :巴豆对豚鼠胆囊肌条的作用与组胺 H1受体、胆碱能 N受体、前列腺素合成酶、肾上腺素能α受体有关。

Objective:To study the effect of decoction of Fructus Crotonis(FC) on contraction of extracorporeal gallbladder smooth muscle strip of guinea pigs and the possible mechanism.Method:Gallbladder muscle strips were suspended in the perfusate chamber and the contractile activities were recorded with physiologic instrument.Result:(1)FC dose dependently increased the resting tension and contractile frequency however decreased the mean contractile amplitude of strips.(2)Benzhydramine?hexamethonium?indomethacin and phentolamine could partially block the effect of FC.Conclusion:The effect of FC on the contraction of extracorporeal gallbladder muscle strip of guinea pigs might concerned with histamine H 1 receptor?cholinergic N receptor?prostaglandin synthelase and adrenergic α receptor.
