摘要
本文采用水溶液降温法系统地研究了TGS、DTGs、LATGS、TGSP和LATGSP等TGS系列晶体生长。测定了TGS和LATGS等溶液的溶解度及其准稳定区。对晶体生长期间的降温速率总结出一个经验公式。研究对比了晶体的生长习性。通过晶体的X射线粉末衍射与红外光谱对比了晶体性质。讨论了氘化、掺杂等因素对晶体生长的影响。并生长出上述五种优质大尺寸晶体。
the growth of five kinds of crystals in TGS series, including TGS, DTGS, LATGS, TGSP and LATGSP, have been studied systematically by slow-cooling method of aqueous solution The solubilities and metastable regions of growth solutions of the TGS and LATGS have been determined. The cooling rate in period of crystal growth has been sumed up as an experienced formula The growth habits of the crystals have been studied and compared The properties of these crystals have been compared by X-ray powder diffraction and IR spectra The effects of deuterizing and doping on crystal growth have been discussed And the five kinds of crystals, which have large size and high quality, have been obtained.
