医学生多项人格特质(MMPI)的13年资料分析

Analysis of MMPI data of Medical Fresh Students in the Past 13 Years

目的 :探讨医学生人格发展倾向及与心理社会因素的关系。方法 :采用《明尼苏达多相个性测查表》 ,连续 13年对 2 5 2 6名医学新生进行了人格测试和趋势分析。结果 :群体心理特征的变化有累积效应。Hs、Hy、L及Pt分均是男生显著高于女生 ,Mf分显著降低。L、K、Pt、Sc量表总体上高于全国大学常模 ,男生尤其显著 ;Hy、D和Hs分呈现逐年上升趋势 ;Pd、Pt、Ma、Sc呈现“V”型曲线变化 ,Sc最高点在 87-89年段 ,Pt和Sc分在95 -99年段增高极显著。结论 :医学新生人格特征的年代变化特征显著。
