摘要
本文研究了溶液pH值,杂质离子Cr^(3+)、Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)的浓度和溶液流速的变化与二水甲酸锶晶体(SFD)的(110)、(011)面生长速率的关系。实验结果表明,二水甲酸锶晶面生长速率在晶体和溶液相对运动下比相对静止时要加怏,晶面生长速率并不与溶液的流速成正比。
At first, the stationary stereoscopic microscope was used to determine the effect of pH and foreign cations (Cr^(3+), Fe^(3+) Al^(3+) in solution on the growth rate of (110) and (011) faces of strontium formate dihydrate (SFD) crystal. The best pH value for the growth of SFD has been found. And then, the dynamic stereoscopic microscope was used to determine the effect of the change of the flow of solution on the growth rate of SFD crystal faces. The experiment shows that the growth rate of SFD crystal faces are much faster when the crystal and the solution are in relative motion than in relative stationary. But the growth rate of the faces is not directly proportional to the flow of solution.
