摘要 研究了以普通纯度的多晶宝石棒为料,用激光加热基座法(LHPG法)生长单晶光纤的问题。结果表明:可以生长出合乎要求的单晶光纤,但实验要分二步进行,首先将多晶源棒经2~3次提拉成直径几乎相同的单晶棒,而后按光纤生长规律拉制单晶光纤。 The problem about the single crystal fibers can be grown from common-purity Al_2O_3 polycrystal rod by laser-heated pedestal growth technique has been studied The results shown that qualified single crystal fibers can be grown, with in two steps. First, through 2-3 times, the polycrystal is pulled into single crystal with same diameter and then, acting on the pattern of from single crystal, crystal fibers can be pulled smoothly.
