摘要
本文研究KRS-5晶体中各类杂质的来源及其对晶体红外性能的影响。用萃取光谱法测定晶体及其原料中的阳离子杂质,用浊度分析法测定SO_4^(2-)阴离子杂质。实验表明:KRS-5晶体中的杂质主要来自于原料,ppm级的阳、阴离子杂质对晶片的红外透光性能无太明显的影响;而晶体中20ppm的SO_4^(2-)杂质产生明显的杂质吸收。晶体中Br^-/I^-的化学分析和红外性能测定表明:晶头的Br^-/I^-略低于晶尾,而红外透过率却略高于晶尾。
The origin of verious impurities in KRS-5 crystals and the effect of micro-quantity impurities on infrared property have been studied in this paper. Cation impurities and SO_4^(2-) anion in raw materials and KRS-5 crystals were determined by the extraction spectrographic method and the nephe]ometry, respectively. The experiments show that a variety of impurities in KRS-5 crystals mainly come from its raw material and the ppm value of the cation and anion impurities not affects crystal infrared properties, and 20ppm of SO_4^(2-) anion in the crystals causes clear impurity absorption peak The determinations of Br-~/I^- ratio in the crystals and the. infrared spectrogram show that the crystal component is not constant and the Br^-/I^- ratio in cystal head is lower than that in crystal tail, and the infrared transmissivity of the head is higher than that of the tail.
