摘要
用提拉法合成了Y_(3-x)Al_5O_(12):Er_x^(3+)(x:3.6,23.6,33,50at-%)系列晶体,用四圆衍射仪测定了晶体结构,计算机收集处理数据,得到结果表明Er^(3+)浓度与晶胞体积成函数变化。
A series of Y_(3-x)A_5O_(12):Er_x^(3+) (YAG:Er) (x:3.6, 25, 33, 50at-%) laser crystals have been grown by Czochralski technique, and crystal structure were measured by Four-Circular Diffractometer The computer data have been collected and analysed. The experimental results show that concentrations of Er^(3+) in the Y_(3-x)Al_5O_(12) crystals is a function of unit cell volume.
