摘要
由温度梯度,熔体重力和固化块的作用引起的坩埚形变和裂隙缩短了坩埚的使用寿命。晶体生长期间,温度梯度和熔体重力引起的热应力和压力应力使坩埚底下陷并在底的中部产生裂隙。熔体凝固期间,由于楔形多晶体的产生,使坩埚壁受一个向外的张力,并使坩埚在进一步冷却时受阻,产生温差应力引起坩埚壁变形或产生裂隙。
Owing to the action of temperature gradient, melt gravity and solidifying bulk, the life of the crucible is reduced. The subsidence of the bottom and the cracks in the middle of the bottom are caused by temperature gradient and melt gravity during crystal growth. As a result of formation of the wedge-shaped polycrystal ring which leads to an expanding force in the wall of the crucible and action of temperature difference stress which is caused by impeded construction, the wall of the crucible is out of shape and large cracks are engendered in the wall.
