摘要
通过抗凋亡蛋白bcl 2在胃癌、癌旁组织中的表达与分布 ,探讨bcl 2基因在胃癌恶性转化过程中的作用机制和临床意义。应用S—P免疫组化法检测 33例胃癌、17例癌旁和 13例正常胃粘膜中bcl 2蛋白的表达。正常胃粘膜中bcl 2仅一例弱表达。在胃癌和癌旁bcl 2表达均高于正常胃粘膜 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ,但胃癌与癌旁间无差异。bcl 2表达与胃癌的分化程度 ,病理分期 ,淋巴结转移等病理特征无统计学差异。结果表明bcl 2基因参与了胃癌的发生。bcl 2蛋白在胃良性病变过度表达 ,一旦癌变 ,细胞的阳性表达不再升高 ,这可能与bcl 2抑制细胞凋亡的强度不再增加有关。
To investigate the mechanism and clinical significance of bcl 2 gene in gastric carcinoma malignant transformation process with anti apoptosis protein bcl 2 expression,distribution in gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissue. : S P immuohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of bcl 2 protein in 33 gastric carcinoma,17 adjacent tissue and 13 normal mucosa .The result showed that only one case had weak expression of bcl 2 in normal mucosa. The expression of bcl 2 protein in gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissue were both higher than that in normal gastric mucosa( P <0.05).Expression of bcl 2 and density in gastric carcinoma were higher than adjacent tissue but there was no statistical significance. Expression of bcl 2 in degree of differentiation, clinic pathology stages and lymphmetastasis have no apparent statistical correlation. The results showed that bcl 2 gene took part in the occurrence of gastric carcinoma. Over expression of bcl 2 gene in benign gastric pathological changes can be found and once they become carcinoma, the positive expression of cell is no more increase. It is possibly because there is no more increase in the intensity of bcl 2 inhibition of cell apoptosis.
