摘要 目的 :了解多肿瘤抑制基因p16蛋白在人食管癌组织中的表达情况。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法检测 5 3例食管癌及相应癌远端正常组织中p16蛋白的表达。结果 :食管癌及相应正常组织中p16蛋白表达阳性率分别为5 4 3% (2 4 / 5 3)和 88 7% (47/ 5 3) (P <0 0 5 ) ;p16蛋白表达与食管癌组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关 ;与食管癌组织浸润深度无关。结论 :p16基因蛋白的表达情况与食管癌的发生、发展有关 ,可作为临床诊断及判断恶性程度。 Objective: Our purpose was to investigate the expression of multiple tumor suppressor gene (p16) protein in esophageal carcinoma(EC). Methods: With SP immunohistochemistry, 53 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 53 cases of the normal tissues were stained by using the multiclonal antibody against the human p16 protein. Results: The positive rate was 43.5 %(24/53) in EC and 88.7%(47/53) in normal tissues(P<0.05) . The expression of p16 protein was significantly lower in grade Ⅲ than that in grade Ⅰ(P<0.05). Significant difference was also found between lymph node and non lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The expression of p16 protein was not related to the tumor invasive depth. Conclusion: The low expression of p16 protein was related to the carcinogenesis and development of EC. The p16 protein might be a useful predictor of diagnosis and prognosis of EC.
