摘要
本研究通过对342名6—11岁儿童骨龄和智商的关系研究,发现骨龄落后儿童的平均智商明显低于骨龄正常和骨龄提前的儿童,且骨龄与儿童智龄存在正相关关系。这个结果说明骨龄落后的儿童其智力发育也落后,骨龄作为儿童身体发育成熟的指标,可能与儿童智力发育有密切关系。
The relationship between skeletal age and intellectual development of children was studied in 342 6-11 years old children. The findings showed that the IQs in children with a skeletal lag were less than those without such a lag, and that skeletal age was related to mental age. The result suggests that skeletal age, as an index of maturity, may be closely related to the intellectual development of children.
