Observation on the Effect of Protein Level in Fodder on the Body Weight of Wistar rats

为观察饲料中蛋白质水平对 Wistar大鼠生长的影响 ,分别饲喂含蛋白质 31 .2 %、2 3.8%和 1 6.1 %的饲料 ,观察大鼠体重的变化 ,三组 Wistar大鼠体重增长有差异 (P<0 .0 5)。雌雄间体重有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 )

In order to observe the effect of protein level in fodder on the body weight of Wistar rats, the fodder with different content of protein was separately supplied (31.2%,23.8%,16.1% ) to Wistar rats. The change of body weight of Wistar rats was observed. It was different for 3 group Wistar rats in the body weight increase (P<0.05). There was extremely different of the body weight of Wistar rats between male and female (P<0.01).
