肝气郁结证患者情绪状态的评估与血浆神经降压素水平的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Evaluation of the Mood States and Plasma Levels of Neurotensin in Patients with Gan-Qi-Yu-Jie Zheng

为评估肝气郁结证患者的情绪状态及探索新的神经 内分泌指标 ,采用中医肝脏象情绪评定量表 (ERSG)测量肝气郁结证、肝血虚证、脾气虚证患者及健康人 ,并同步检测血浆神经降压素 (NT)水平。结果表明 :①肝气郁结证患者ERSG各维度积分均显著高于脾气虚证患者和健康人 ,且焦虑维度和抑郁维度积分相近 ;②肝气郁结证患者血浆NT水平显著低于健康人 ,高于肝血虚证和脾气虚证患者 ;③总体上ERSG肝经证侯、焦虑情绪维度积分与血浆NT水平呈负相关。提示肝气郁结证患者的情绪状态为焦虑与抑郁并存 。

To evaluate the mood states in patients with Gan Qi Yu Jie Zheng and explore a new neuroendocrine index,we adopted Emotions Rating Scale for Ganzangxiang of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ERSG) to rate patients with Gan Qi Yu Jie Zheng,Gan Xue Xu Zheng or Pi Qi Xu Zheng,and normal controls separately.We assayed their plasma neurotensin levels simultaneously.The results showed:①the accumulating scores of Gan Jing symptoms dimension,anxiety mood dimension and depression mood dimension in patients with Gan Qi Yu Jie Zheng were significantly higher than those in patients with Pi Qi Xu Zheng and in normal controls,and the scores of anxiety dimension and depreesion dimension were nearly the same;②the plasma levels of neurotensin in patients with Gan Qi Yu Jie Zheng were significantly lower than those in normal controls,but significantly higher than those in patients with Gan Xue Xu Zheng and Pi Qi Xu Zheng;and③in all subjects,the plasma levels of neurotensin had a significantly negative correlation with the accumulating scores of Gan Jing symptoms and anxiety mood dimensions.These results indicate that mood states of patients with Gan Qi Yu Jie Zheng are both anxiety and depression,and changes of plasma level of neurotensin exist simultaneously.
