环血宁汤对置带铜宫内节育器家兔锌含量影响的实验研究

Experimental Research on the Effect of Huanxuening Decoction on the Content of Trace Element Zinc of Rabbits Wearing Cu-IUD

探讨以益气化瘀立法的环血宁汤治疗置宫内节育器 (IUD)后子宫异常出血的作用机理。用消炎痛作对照 ,观察了环血宁汤对置Cu IUD家兔子宫组织及外周血清锌含量的影响。置Cu IUD模型组家兔子宫组织锌含量显著增加 ,而外周血清锌含量却显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ,经环血宁汤治疗后 ,子宫组织锌含量显著降低 ,外周血清锌含量升高 ,与空白组相比 ,均无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,说明环血宁汤能调节和补充人体锌的含量与分布 ,促进子宫内膜的修复 ,从而达到止血的目的。

The aim is to explore the mechanism of Huanxuening Decoction which is based on the method of tonifying Qi to resolve blood stasis for treating endometrorrhagia caused by IUD. In contrast with indomethacin,we investigated the effects of Huanxuening Decoction on the content of zinc in uterine tissue and peripheral blood serum of Cu IUD wearing rabbits. The contents of zinc in uterine tissue in the model group of Cu IUD wearing rabbits increased obviously and the contents of zinc in peripheral blood serum decreased clearly( P <0 01).After the treatment with Huanxuening Decoction,the contents of zinc in uterine tissue decreased obviously and the contents of zinc in peripheral blood serum increased.Compared with the blank group,the difference between the two group had no statistic significance( P >0 05).The results indicate that Huanxuening Decoction can regulate and supplement the content and distribution of Zinc,and promote the repairment of the endometrium to arrest bleeding
